If Zaboor doesn't pull off any wacky stunts that would lead to destabilization of the region, Scotland will issue an apology and recognize Zaboor. It is understandable that some sort of stereotype may have developed as a product of the war in Central Africa among some non-Muslims, we simply seek to clarify that the association of violence with Islamic states is just that, a stereotype. [/quote] Perhaps our wording was faulty - we meant that because of a surge in African Muslim nations engaging in hostilities against European nations recently, we would withhold recognition to see whether or not Zaboor would be among them.
