When trying to reset my password, it'll tell me I've entered in the code wrong. I've done this several times and used the sound option to make sure I get it right - but I've been ending up with the same result over and over again. This occurs for me as well, when I reset my password though it worked by copying/pasting anything I changed. Are you sure you can't use the reset to get access back?
