[/quote] NATO takes no pleasure in this action, as we have held a treatied relationship with Mostly Harmless Alliance in some form or another for over four years consecutively. Though we are allied no longer, MHA will always hold a special place in our hearts and we wish those hoopy froods the best luck in the future.

It refers to total nations in game. If you look at your nation rank, it's out of about 20k nations.

I just mapped out the 99% locations, and assuming that the latitude and longitude are both whole numbers, -66,-111 [i]should[/i] be the center, but it was reported as 99%. Green is 99%, Orange is 98%, Yellow is 95-97% [img]http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj138/Om3ga73/Untitled.png[/img]

If you use the same network (i.e You all connect to the same router) then yes, you are breaking the rules.
