loannes
OOC: they are police officers. referred to as Mandalore's military until we get better arms. OOC: Just call them police until you retrain them into a military, to avoid confusion.

We shall take charge of clean up here, considering we stand to lose the most if it isn't properly done correctly. Furthermore, you cannot state whom may go through this Sea, at all." **Radio man privately messages Rebel Army & Novakian Command** Hello Orange Boot, this is Purple Scarf. It seems Selenarctan ships have seen it fit to block our ability to clean up this oil spill and movement of our merchant and military ships. Please coordinate command decisions between one another should you need to forcefully removing this hostile ship. We are currently preparing to defend ourselves from a hostile boarding. Nagato the Great
We ask the RA ships, please, don't make this harder. Our nation has been attacked with a nuclear weapon, and the last thing we need is more hostilities. Please, Selenarctan ships have it under control. De-spill crews are en route as we speak. ***Public*** Seeing the harm this toxic oil spill is doing to the environment, in addition to the possible commercial losses, 15 ships are being deployed immediately in order to manage and clean up the spill. This is a joint Rebel Army-Novakian effort.

Recently, several ships have entered our waters with military intent. You must understand our concern. Once again, we are a war torn nation which only wants peace. We are not trying to blockade the red sea, and would rather have ships pass freely through it. We are simply preventing ships from stopping in, and preferably entering, the oil spill. Since the spill is within Mandalorian waters, we suggest you contact them for permission to clean up the spill. Until we hear from then, we will remain on location. Executive Minister
XA-1 mod 02 and XA-1 mod 03 have been launched. These fast close air support craft are now flying at speeds of Mach 3+ towards the NoN's coastline. Both are armed with two Strategic Long-Range Munition model 7 (SL-R mod-07) each. SpacingOutMan
The United Mechodamian States, as we are the major overseers of Mandalore for the time being, have no qualm in allowing the Novakian ships to enter the oil spill as a means to help relieve the oil spill. This is not a time to quibble as major ecological damage is occurring in an already sensitive region of water. It also isn't a time to be bickering when a nation has just been ravaged by nuclear weapons and missile attacks alike. UMS air craft will be patrolling the region but only as surveillance craft that are unarmed. This is all in the spirit of cooperation, and this is what we will personally enforce. Nagato the Great
If the UMS thinks it best, we will of course agree. We simply were afraid their intentions were less savory...you can understand, what with our past experiences.
SpacingOutMan
Do not take this as a lack of communication or disagreement because it is not. The UMS will ensure the safety of Mandalore, which includes a major fishery in the region.
iKrolm
As such, Selenarctos will withdraw from the region of the oil spill and concentrate on evacuating the last of our humanitarian workers from Mandalore.
Voodoo Nova
**3.5km from the shore** The merchant ship moved closer to the Mandalore shore to investigate the oil spill further. Due to recent hostile actions in the Sea, some crew members had visible assault rifles on their person, with some manned machine gun placements at the bow and stern to protect against pirates. Executive Minister
The XA-1's continued on their Mach 3+ course towards the NoN Coastline, however, their particular vector was coincidentally heading towards RA and Novakian Naval assets in the Red Sea. Voodoo Nova
No arms will be allowed. The ship was still investigating the oil spill, and seeking out the point where the spill occurred. A response to Mandalore: "We are protecting ourselves from hostile forces, such as pirates. Pirates have a history of being in this part of the Red Sea, so our weaponry will stay and will be visible."

Voodoo Nova
You will be allowed to keep your weapons then. Just don't use them, please. **4 hours later** Yemen pirates on a speed boat headed towards the stern of merchant ship. They had visible assault rifles pointed at the ship. The stern machine gunner fired at the pirates, whom quickly sped off to the Novakian shore. The merchant ship continued it's investigation as scheduled.
