Angela Spencer
Elizabeth City All over the Harbor of Hospitality, red and white could be seen. In the front of City Hall was an elegant wooden podium set up around countless Crosses of Saint George fluttering in a soft breeze. As the doors of City Hall opened, the 11th Countess Spencer took great strides towards the podium. "The English people have been one of the greatest forces in history, bringing forth various improvements to the human race. However in recent years, we have fallen back on our duty, and allowed ourselves to be annexed by Scotland. We do not resent the Celtic domination of the British Isles, for they have not attempted to assimilate us into their culture, as we had once tried to do. However, this does not mean we shall be content to be under Saint Andrew's Cross. No, we shall be independent, with Saint George protecting us! The Federation of Pravus Ingruo has been kind enough to set apart this land for us. We shall strive to be a nation which will be a torch of peace. We shall ensure that as long as the sun, the English people will have its rightful place in this world! Long live New Anglica! Long Live the English people!" A wave of applause erupted from the streets, as the new English home formally came into existence. *Message to the governments of the world and the press* Lady Angela Spencer shall be accepting questions about New Anglica. Michael McBride
The Federation of Pravus Ingruo is glad to see New Anglica up and on their feet in our former protectorate. To the world, currently New Anglica owns the area along the coast near the New England border, with the area known as southern Virginia and North Carolina under our joint control. At such time that New Anglica can govern this entire area by themselves, all FPI control will be withdrawn. Currently, there is a large FPI presence at the western point of this land due to Republic of Biff aggression. -Tom Dobbs

People who start off with those kind of statements generally mean the exact opposite of what they say. We'll have to watch them carefully." "Yes, sir. Funny, they mention the "Celtic domination of the Isles, but seem to be oblivious to the fact that the largest Celtic nation is due west of them." "I know. The irony wasnt lost on me either, Gerry. "For the time being we shall focus only on internal issues, and shall only persue relations with our immediate neighbors, meaning the Americas. We do not plan on joining any international organizations. As for Scotland, we do not have any ill will against them, since our goal is not anti-Celtism: it is the independence of the English people, in an independent state regardless of the location."
