After the collapse of the New Zelandese state, Deveraux and his fleet decided to alter there plans. And head for the vacant island nation. They would be the future of his empire. OOC: After some preliminary establishing Rp's I'll issue a DoE. In either case NZ, and several of the pacific island chains (sargun's) will be incorporated into the new nation.
