"Yes, last night." "Hmm... very well, make an announcement, and dispatch 10,000 of our soldiers and 100 of our mechanized units to the territory." *Public Announcement* The small Island Nation in the north Indian Ocean, Novus Nichea, appears to have suffered a full regime collapse. The Dominion has dispatched an expeditionary force to the region. We will further be designating it a legal protectorate of our nation. Given its location on the Indian ocean we feel it is adequately within our sphere of influence. OOC: Last IC post was July 29th 2009. OOC: There was no GM ruling on that, and the same 20 days applied to recent cases such as wrathraptor. The rule is the same. Stigs post does reflect 25 days, but that hasn't really changed in practice at least from what I can see. In either case he was PM'd if he wants to respond awesome, if not then its a protectorate. IC: We are sending a small expeditionary force to determine the state of the government and the nation. When the carrier arrives a small contingent of forces will go ashore and investigate. If we arrive and find that the government is fully intact then we will promptly leave, if not then we will take further action. That is pretty much what you are suggesting correct?
