Hey, I declared war "8/1/2009 11:45:02 PM ", and now it is "8/2/2009 11:47:21 PM", yet I still cant launch nukes!

Do I have to wait until the update? =[

I believe you have to wait 25 hours after declaring war, not 24.

Seriously? Thanks, but if so, the game is misleading. it says "You must wait until after 24 hours after declaring war to launch nuclear weapons."

edit: I was able to launch at update, which was the end of the 24th hour, not 24 hours.

You must wait until after 24hours, not you must wait until 24hours

The way it works is it rounds up to 24hrs + any left over minutes.

eg:

- You declared at 11:45:02... 24hrs later is 11:45:02, you can launch a nuke at 12:00:00

- If you had declared at 11:00:01... 24hrs later is 11:00:01, you can launch a nuke at 12:00:00

- If you had declared at 10:59:59... 24hrs later is 10:59:59, you can launch a nuke at 11:00:00
