First of all, it seems TRE seems to have only small and big flags so that's why the flags above are a bit disproportionate :P

But back to the topic...

It was time to make a brake in the revolution in St. Petersburg and that's why the workers headed over to Volgograd(Stalingrad as we call it ;) ). We joined the people from The Russian Empire and our comrades from the Soviet Union who commited the same treaty some time ago.

To sum it up shortly -

was nice! We found great people at The Russian Empire and enjoyed the river Volga.
The St. Petersburg - Volgograd Pact,

The End to senseless Violence in Mother Russia

The Russian Empire [TRE] and The Socialist Workers Front [sWF] have decided that senseless slaughter of their countrymen is not on and have come together to sign this Non-Aggression Pact [NAP] in an effort to stabilize the Russian Region. Both sides sign this of their own free will and are not influenced by any other third party, Russia belongs to the Russians and though both have a different view on who 'owns' Russia they will not seek violence as a means to prove who 'owns' it.

Article 1: Peace

Both Sides agree not to attack each other under any circumstances while the treaty is in effect, an Alliance member found breaking this pact shall be internally punished with compensation paid to the other Alliance for damages occurred. If one side has information of an attack on the other, it must be disclosed to the other signatory, if found not to it shall make the Pact null and void. Also the use of spy's against the other is not allowed while this pact is in force and if found shall make the Pact null and void.

Article 2: General Respect

Both signatories come from very different spectrum's of Russian society, and the ideology of both is different but the same in some respects, it is expected while addressing each other in any formal or informal manner that curiosity is shown towards the other regardless of their own personal beliefs. Verbal abuse towards the other shall not be tolerated in any circumstances and if severe enough can null and void the Pact.

Article 3: Validity

The Non-Aggression Pact is valid from the date of its formal signing till 31st December 2009 where a 72 grace period is given for both sides to renegotiate the pact if both sides feel it is not serving them in their best interests or the pact can simply be discarded during the grace period if they feel they no longer need it. The door is always left open to a fellow countryman so if seeking early dismissal of the pact it can be can called with a 75% majority of that signatories Government, a 48 hour grace period is given in that circumstance to deal with the change.

Any amendments needed to the treaty shall be privately discussed between by the signatories Leadership.

It seems that bolsheviks, the vanguard, have betrayed the immortal ideas of communism by signing this treaty with the Tsarist Okhrana and its treacherous leader emperor Nicholas II The Bloody.

Well, you know its just a NAP :P
