"We are aware of that. The Lu Empire holds a military alliance with Zargathia, and we feel the terms and conditions stated in the treaty to be debilitating enough that they would be affected as well. In addition, it concerns their border area as well, therefore we believe their presence in the pending negotiations concerning the treaty to be justified." A general festivity was held, and as diplomats retired for the night, the Foreign Minister sent messages to those of the Lu Empire, Zargathia, and the Dragon Empire for a little 'regional' meeting.
