Bacharth
Caen, Normandie Last night, the Ministry of Culture worked for hours on what was a simple clue to King Vincent's right to the throne of Normandie. His grandmother, Genevive Bonaparte, has royal papers relating her directly to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. However, in a most confusing trail, they traced his fatherly line and found a line directly relating Vincent to William the Conquerer through Roland Stefanson. On the screen now will be a graphic depicting the lines.
Sargun II
"what the balls" was the general response coming from Louisiana.

Teriethien
The interim government of France strongly protests the obvious forgery, and reaffirms our denial of Normandie sovereignty. OOC: that's two awesome ancestors you got there!
Tahsir
Didn't a recent study say that everyone is related to everyone else only 16 or so generations back?
Lynneth
Didn't a recent study say that everyone is related to everyone else only 16 or so generations back? It also is a fact that some ten thousand years ago or so, mankind was reduced to less than 10,000 people. Each and everyone of us is a descendant of one of these, so it's indeed very likely that many people have the same blood as Napoleon or Julius Caesar. OOC: It's much rarer to be able to trace a line of descent back to them though. Napoleon only have a handful of direct descendants alive today and Julius Caesar's are all dead. Already, businesses from foreign nations, and large upstarts within the Kingdom have recieved permits to build amazing feats of architecture. The proposed mayor is excited to have such a beautiful city to look after.
