LeVentNoir
Turmoil was present in the pacific. The Hanseatic Commonwealth was in strife, unable to support the population on some of its west pacific islands. Approaching Glorious Aotearoa, a conference was held, in which it was decided that the territories of Wake Island, the Gilberts, and the Marshalls would be passed to Glorious Aotearoa so that it could provide for the people there, in return for support for the admission of Yamato to the Pax Pacifica. The transaction of islands.Noting The Hansa's wish that their people will be provided for. Noting That Glorious Aotearoa has a history of high quality life on small islands It is agreed that The territories of the Marshall Islands, including Wake Island as well as the Gilbert island chain will become part of Glorious Aotearoa. In addition Glorious Aotearoa will support the Hansa in preference for entry status of nations to the Pax Pacifica treaty, and shall only consider the evidence of self reliance and stability in the decision to allow entrance. Signed for Glorious Aotearoa LeVentNoir, Duke of Wellington and Lord of Glorious Aotearoa.

Sarah Tintagyl
Sarah looked down at the map in her office of the Pacific and frowned as she slowly colored in the islands in question to the color of Aotearoan red. Though in reality it wasn't that big of a deal. The islands were well out of the direct line of the Hanseatic trade routes in the Pacific. Marchen was held on to, strictly for its cultural value, but with Aotearoa as an ally the islands would still be opened for Hanseatic tourism and trade. So it was probably better off this way. As she continued to glance over the map she smiled. "Well. It could be worse, I mean I still have Tahiti." She said looking over at the drawer where she kept her swimsuit. "Maybe a state visit is in order to the island of sun."
