The parties of this agreement agree to free commercial transit and the construction of an oil pipeline between the Shengli Oil fields and the PRC province of Anhui.2. The parties of this agreement agree this is the final arrangement of the Shandong Region until such time as they may re-negotiate it amongst themselves. 3. The parties of this agreement agree that Dongying, Dezhou, Jinan, Weifang, Zibo, Liaocheng, Rhizao, and Linyi districts of the Shandong province will go to PRC. 4. The rest of Shandong goes to NPR as well as the coastline of Weifang. OOC: Let me know if I'm off on anything in the terms fellas.
