Balomesh
Babylonian Center for Research and Development The BCRD has been completed and is already begining work on several secret and public projects. This massive department will cover military and civil research and development programs and is believed to meet the goals, again of the late King Balomesh who strived to establish the worlds largest and greatest research center witht he help of the M.E.C. The collapse of the old Kingdom temporarily ended Babylon's efforts but the creation of this facility and the restoration of Babylon is said to be the first major step towards acheiving this. The facility is located in southern Babylon (Kuwait).

Balomesh
Massive Archeological Operations In every corner of Babylon, archeological teams have been dispatched to seek evidence of past civilizations, their beliefs, and information of the exact reach of their knowledge. King Balomesh always believed we had more to learn of the past then we could have ever imagined and this belief is shared by his grandson who is at the fore-front of the mass archeological operations throughout the empire. Already, new finds are being reported from day to day, to hour to hour. Everything from ancient pots and pans to the unearthing of a lost city has been reported. But, there are rumors of discoveries that may shake the foundation of the national religion and civilization itself. A small archeological team working near the center of the empire unearthed several stone texts of ancient Babylonian and Sumerian language. The texts reportedly depict beings from space landing on earth, and tell stories of a dream-like state that humans where a part of. This information was released by a man claiming to be part of the archeological team in the area. What is proven is that a large military presence was seen to go into the area and has since remained to oversee further excavations. We formally ask our beloved King that these findings, whatever they may be, be released as soon as they have been translated.
Balomesh
Emperor Balomesh The title of "King" once given to all the rulers of Babylon has been replaced, today officially with the title of "Emperor". Emperor Balomesh backed a vote to switch the title following a wave of reforms that have slowly consolidated power towards himself and Babylonian military. The public has widely accepted these changes as the Empire is, according to leading local and national newspapers "in love with King Balomesh." A similal approval has been given to the Babylonian armed forces which have received much attention by the Emperor and in turn by the public. Both are now being given more power as both have seemed to pull their political weight into a close merge. And a new bill has made Emperor Balomesh commander in chief of the B.A.F. (Babylonian Armed Forces). And finally, Emperor Balomesh has reenstated the Babylonian Republican Guard, or special forces for the Babylonian Empire.
