Citizens of Asia,

For too long have we lived apart. We are all citizens of the same continent and we have unique cultures that are being torn apart by foreign invaders. We must fight for our rights, we are the largest continent in the world with the most unique features, but we still let ourselves to be subjugated by foreign invaders from other continents. No more I say!

Today Beijing has come to your help, we will fight for rights of Asian peoples from foreign invaders, we will voice our support for your plight. You have our word with this document. It is an open document where any nation of Asia can sign if they feel this cause is righteous.

The Cathay Doctrine

(Physical Map of Asia as per what our Cartographers have drawn)

All nations within the area of the said map are defined as Asian countries.

Article 2-

Illegal Annexation of Asian of Property-

Any nation whose capital is not within the said boundaries but have lands in Asia are considered to be "Illegal owners" and "Illegally Annexed Asian Property.

Article 3-

Legal owners of Asian Land-

Any nation whose capital is within the boundaries of Asia are termed as "Legal owners of Asian Land" and as such are allowed to sign this doctrine. There are also certain nations which are allowed to own Asian Land if there capital is not Asian but only on the said terms-

1) The land was given by the original owners to the said nation and it was taken peacefully.

2) The land has fallen into Anarchy and votes in favour of the said nation to rule them.

These are the terms by which a Foreign Country can rule parts of land in Asia.

Examples of such terms in use-

1) Artemis Global Security annexation of Northern Empire Lands.

2) Hanseatic Commonwealth annexation of Neo Japan.

Article 4-

Fight for Asian Culture-

We realize not every nation is powerful enough to wage war over such an issue and as such blood shall not be shed for the mission of united Asia. Any foreign invader shall be spoken to diplomatically to move out or trade sanctions shall be placed on the said nation by nations who have signed this doctrine.

Article 5-

Non-Aggression-

All nations of Asia must stand united. All nations who sign this document agree to fight for the Asian cause and also agree to not spill Asian blood against each other for whatever the reason may be. They rather talk out their problems and voice their concerns. If war is waged the said nation shall be removed from this document.

This is an open document meant for peaceful purposes of defending Asia without arms. All said nations who are interested can add their signatures at any point of time.

Today we stand as one,

IC: The Alliance is struggling to understand how east Asian nations have more of a claim over the Balkan nations and the Caucuses then Romania and Eastern Europe... or rather why you all feel you have anything culturally in common with them at all. That being said we do not recognize the binding nature of this doctrine and if not in general then in the specific cases such as the regions before mentioned.

"Whether you recognize it or not isn't going to make a difference. People will still do whatever they want."

Exactly, the point was whether or not they recognize any claim we have over "Asian land" as legal or illegal is irrelevant to us.
