Is this possible?

I remember reading that many people said spying CN nations into DEFCON 5 is impossible. However, I found something surprising and yet, some people think I photo shopped the picture. I want to prove those players that spying nations into DEFCON 5 from 1 is possible and that I did not photo shop this picture.

To my best knowledge, if you spy a nation who is in defcon 1 it always sets defconlevels to 4.

Maybe you had defcon in 2?

Yep, unless something has been changed, you weren't in DEFCON 1... admin has admitted in the past it isn't random...

From my Experience:

Defcon 1 spies to Defcon 4

Defcon 2 spies to Defcon 5

Defcon 4 spies to Defcon 2

I'd guess:

Defcon 3 spies to Defcon 1

Defcon 5 spies to Defcon 3
