[Voodoo Nova]

Komorav is in his private chambers about to sign into place an important project that will greatly increase The Slavic Kingdom's defenses and economy. Проект Вельск, or Project Velsk, will create fortifications along all the borders of the Kingdom and the capital. Construction will also begin on underground factories, depots, bunkers, brothels, supply & ammunition points, hospitals and military base.

Border Fortifications:

Along the North, South, East and West border; Goliath, Creepers, and Sharks will be constructed on the line known as F1. They will provide the first line of defense for the nation. On the east border, there will be a line of Howitzers, SAM Sites ,Flak Guns and AA Gun's 5 miles behind line F1, and will be known as E-F1. Along the borders there will also be construction of concrete and steel bunkers and pill boxes to provide the man power needed to defend the nation against any threat. In between the turrets will be dragonteeth, Concertia wire, and mines. This will be known as line F2. Area Denial tactics will be used as well with the placement of mines, anthrax and tainted blood caltrops.

Capital Fortifications:

5 miles outside the capital begins the fortifications to protect the capital. Pill boxes and bunkers surround the mountain that holds the capital. Flak and AA guns fill the gaps between the bunkers and pill boxes. Going up the Mountain, about halfway up will stand Flak Towers, AA Guns, Bunkers & Pill Boxes. The summit of this moderately sized mountain holds the capital of the Slavic Kingdom, Velsk. Surrounding the capital will be mines, concertia wire, dragonteeth, anthrax and tainted blood caltrops. At the summit will be a line of walls and bunkers. In between these bunkers will be SAM sites ready to protect the capital.

Underground Fortifications:

The following underground structures will begin construction. Underground military base will be built within the mountain itself. Throughout the nation underground factories will be built, mainly in the west and south portions of the Kingdom. Underground bunkers will be placed across the nation in random locations, mainly in central SKN. Underground hospitals will be built near cities and towns to be able to serve the populace the best. Near the underground military bunkers will be underground depots & supply/ammunition points. To better serve the common man (and woman), underground brothels will be built near major cities. In order for these underground structures to serve the needs of the country, underground tunnels will connect them all together with many redundant tunnels in case of tunnel collapses.

Border Fortifications:

The fortification foundations for F1 are beginning to be built as constructions supplies and vehicles are being dropped off. The workers begin their digging for the foundation of the turrets, bunkers and other fortifications. The foundations are expected to be done in about a week along the eastern border.

Capital Fortifications:

The capital fortifications are starting to take shape with the workers starting to pour the concrete foundations for the various buildings needing to be built, such as the Bunkers and Pill Boxes. They will be starting with the outer ring of fortifications and as they finish with one, will move on to the next.

Underground Fortifications:

The Military Base, the center of the underground network is going to be one of the first underground structures to be built, alongside the underground factories. The base, known as Военная база will connect all the underground facilities through the underground tunnels. The first of these tunnels will be constructed as soon as the factories are built, which is scheduled in the next month.

Komorav sends telegrams to Kaiser Albert Tanzband and Frederick Keitelson Martens about assisting in the construction of fortifications.

Border Fortifications:

All supplies have arrived. The workers have finished with the foundations and have started to lay down the turrets and other fortifications. This phase is expect to last at least a month. The workers on the border have also just recieved their first paycheck for the service they are doing for the Kingdom.

Capital Fortifications:

Now that foundations have been finished, the buildings can now be built. Supply trucks were delayed a few days due to a nasty storm. With the supplies the workers have, they will begin to build up the reinforced fortifications. Due to the supply truck mishap, this phase is to be finished in a month and a half.

Underground Fortifications:

The underground factories were turning out fairly well. The crews started to create the caverns needed for the project. The caverns are expected to be completed within the month. The Военная база is going to start to take shape within the next two months, after the massive cavern is created. The plans for the underground hospitals, depots and supply points are being drawn up and will begin construction soon.

Kaiser Tanzband has dedicated an entire Corp of Heer Engineers to assist in operations in Novak. Their chief priority will be reinforcing coastal and at-risk portions of the nation's defenses.

Border Fortifications:

With the help of the Corp of Heer Engineers, the Northern Border will be finished within the next week. The Eastern Border is nearly complete, with the turrets in place. The workers along the eastern border will be placing in the dragonsteeth, Concertia Wire, and mines. Because of the amount of manual work this entails, it will take at least 2 months. It has also been decided that the North, West and South Border will recieve a F-2 line as well.

Capital Fortifications:

The pill boxes are almost complete, as are the bunkers. The AA Guns and Flak towers are starting construction. The AA Gun's placements will be finished within the upcoming month, but the Flak towers won't be finished for another 5. The work on the foundation for the Flak towers will begin tomorrow.

Underground Fortifications:

The caverns for both the factories and the base have been complete. Workers are beginning to reinforce the natural walls of the earth to be able to support the construction to follow. The tunnels connecting the factories and the base were being planned, as were the redundant tunnels.

Border Fortifications:

The Northern and Eastern Border's F1 line have been completed. Work is now centered on the Southern and Western borders. The Corp of Heer Engineers will be working on the western border while those that were working on the eastern border will be working on the Southern border. The Western border's foundations are almost complete, while the Southern border is beginning foundations. As soon as these borders are done, Soldiers will be put in place.

Capital Fortifications:

The Pill Boxes, Bunkers and AA guns have been finished. The Flak towers are half way done, with construction at a halt to wait for more supplies. Just as it was with the borders; dragonteeth, concertia wire, etc will be constructed. Soldiers will be put into place after this line is completed as well.

Underground Fortifications:

The reinforced walls were nearly complete. One of the walls crumpled in the military base, setting the deadline back a month. The factory reinforced walls are completed, and the tunnels were beginning construction. Plans were being finalized for the other underground construction projects.

Border Fortifications:

The western border has been nearly complete after the emplacement of the turrets. The dragonteeth, concertia wire, etc. will be constructed up now, and just as it did with the Eastern and Northern border, it will take roughly a month to complete this by hand. The Southern border is at the tail end of construction, with the last of the turrets being placed and the starting of the Denial of Area weapons being placed. F2 lines are being started on the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern borders. Military personnel are bringing the Artillery to their proper locations along the line.

Capital Fortifications:

The Pill Boxes, Bunkers and AA guns have been finished. The flak towers have completed construction and the DoA weapons are being put into place. The first phase of capital fortifications is nearly complete. Once phase one is complete, the next ring will begin the daunting task of building fortifications into the mountain side.

Underground Fortifications:

The underground base reinforced walls are now complete. The underground base construction is starting on the inner rooms and sleeping quarters. The factories are now complete. The tunnels that will connect the factories to the base are half way done. As the tunnels get longer, they are reinforced more and more. The hospitals are beginning construction near specific cities and towns. The underground bunkers are beginning construction at this time as well. Tunnels that will connect these to the military base, along with each other, have begun. After these are finished construction, tunnels will connect them to the factories as well.

Border Fortifications:

The western border has just been completed with the concertia wire and other denial of area weapons in place. The Southern border is now completed with the Denial of Area weapons being finished. F2 lines along the Northern and Eastern borders are completed with focus being placed on finishing up the Western and Southern afterwards. Military personnel are placed along the F1 lines and the finished F2 lines.

Capital Fortifications:

With the first phase finished, phase two begins. AA emplacements and Flak towers will be built into the mountain as structural support in case of attack. These will provide a 2nd line of defense for the city. Supplies left from phase one will be used in phase 2. This phase is expected to take a similar amount of time as the first phase.

Underground Fortifications:

The underground base inner rooms and sleeping are now complete. The underground base is now starting to be filled with equipment and supplies. The tunnels that will connect the factories to the base are now done. The redundant tunnels are also complete. The hospitals are in the middle of construction, with only the walls and rooms being completed and reinforced. The underground bunkers are near completion, with the equipment and supplies being carted in. Tunnels that will connect these to the military base, are near completion as well. The tunnels that will connect the bunkers to the factories are near completion as well.

Capital Fortifications:

The AA emplacements and Flak towers are now completed. Work on the SAM sites in between Ring 1 & 2 will begin, as will Bunker and Pill Boxes that surround the castle. All the workers that were working on the borders are now assisting on the Capital fortifications. This will speed up the project by another month.

Underground Fortifications:

The hospitals & bunkers are now completed as well. Tunnels and redundant tunnels are also now complete. The underground military base is also complete. The last part of the project, the underground brothels is canceled, due to lack of interest amongst the wives of the cities that will have them.
