On the Subject of Maelstorm_Vortex's missiles that started this whole crisis: Based upon the precedent that the community set for itself when it decided that Sumeragi's submarine would be deemed sunk even though Sumeragi protested that the sub would not have been where the sub was if the technology hadn't worked etc. etc. etc. and by a recent ruling (somewhere >__>), Maelstorm's missiles indeed were fired over the South Pole to Tahoe. 2. On the Subject of BioChem Weapons for all nations involved: Based upon the recent striking down of MIRV warheads following the new rule about MIRV's, the BioChem Weapon rule goes into immediate effect. All nations will be limited to a maximum of fifty of these weapons at any given time. 3. On the Subject of LeVentNoir's Super cruiser: See number 1 for the justification. LVN's cruiser remains sunk. I understand that he is updating his naval stats to account for this engineering/something of the like flaw that was pointed out about his ships. The sunken cruiser remains sunk and is stricken from LVN's total number (must be a ship of the equivalent class) until he makes a new one to replace it. 4. On the Subject of Wars: I'll give cookies to everyone for every week we don't have a war. :v 5. Role Play on this matter is unfrozen. You may all continue (like you all were doing anyways). Walking to the roof helipad, he and his diplomatic team took a helicopter to the seaward summit of Diamond Head. Landing, he stepped out of the helicopter onto the landing pad. A steel door was set in the cliff face, where he entered and traversed the long underground hallways downward until coming out into a small meeting room. Blast doors opened, revealing long windows giving a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and Honolulu. The Dragonisian submarine remained underwater, although a hundred miles from the island, a Tahoan frigate took up an escort position, bringing it safely into Pearl Harbor, where it surfaced in a submarine pen. From here, the Dragonisian Authorities took another helicopter up to Diamond Head, arriving in the meeting room about 20 minutes after the Tahoans. He had with him a briefcase of documents and took his seat at the negotiations table after shaking hands with the Tahoe representative, "Good day to you. We've read your proposals on the way over and we do have an interest in settling this conflict. However, it may still be a little bit of time before we know what the alliance wants. "As for our O'Deaghaidh Doctrine...well, it states that a case by case review will be enacted, so I can neither say yes nor no to your request, but can assure you a fair review if that situation arises." At the site of the Dragonisian general, he scowled..."Take him away" turning back he said, "We thank you most kindly for this. It is the greatest show of goodwill yet." "One last thing, we request opening a hot line between military high commands. That way if anything similar happens in the future immediate notification can be given to reduce damage and conflict can be avoided."
