KingDingaLing
Looks like the proverbial "line in the sand" had been crossed way back somewhere in between getting raided, nuked, and spied upon. No the line was crossed when you attacked after peace. Then the bigger line was crossed when you sanctioned

thaisport
Common ground will be achieved once both sides are truly ready to end this... The MI war ended this way and this war shall be no different. I urge both sides to keep this fair. Food for thought... "In a controversy the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves." "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned." And this was AFTER I peaced out with your raider. 1 day later, after you attack back because even in his own bio it says all this means something more like war, and he returns with all that plus 12/31/2008 3:42:34 AM King of Hearts Nuclear Attack. So how could you say you did the right thing. We "agreed" to peace, yet you have your nations declare on us then. Edit: typo. JoshuaR
Good OP. I must say, my policy, if say I were an alliance head, would be to immediately strike any tech raider with three nations. Individual nations are responsible for tech raids gone bad, and they go from bad to worse when against an alliance. :/ Of course, if the alliance harbors the raider, then they are responsible as a whole. I would, of course, hope the alliance works something out diplomatically, and then I'd release the raider.
