Used to be, but now I grab all the alliances in the 'All Alliances' pages; which is every alliance with 20+ members. Outside that, there's no easy way to find alliances with less than 20 members. The best part is they do Amazing Sanction Race by HAND. And they don't know it can be done automatically. Shhh, don't tell them. By hand? How quaint. I promise Well, the problem with blocs is that they're out-of-game constructs so I can't harvest them automagically. The other problem is that membership in blocs change, so that my retroactive bloc stats would be inaccurate. I do occasionally enjoy a challenge. I think I know how to do the bloc thing at the database level to my satisfaction. The only thing that would break it would be if someone left a bloc and then rejoined later. Has that happened before? Partly because you gotta start somewhere and partly because some blocs have more specific CN Wiki entries than others (looking at you, Frostbite). Tomorrow hopefully I can waste spend some time with a script to print out some pretty HTML so we can track blocs against themselves and amongst the community. Here's what I have so far. The data I need for each bloc is its members (naturally), when it (the bloc) formed and when each member joined and (if applicable) left. If Bob is still around in the year 9999, I'll need to migrate away from MySQL, however. If you spot anything wrong with it, please let me know so I can fix it. If you want another bloc added sooner than later, you can help me out greatly by providing a short version of the bloc and it's dates and its membership and their dates. If you're feeling really nostalgic, there's no reason I can't pop in historical blocs such as the WUT, ~, UJP or whatever. If you're an insane madman who wants to dream up blocs that don't exist, I could toss them in too for giggles if I'm sufficiently drunk or bored.
