admin Posted February 18, 2008 Report Share Posted February 18, 2008 Anarchy is established by an attacker when a defeat alert is issued, not during an actual battle. The next time you try to attack and are unable to battle because he doesn't have enough troops then he will be placed into Anarchy. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can ONLY send your opponent into anarchy by ground attacks by sending them a defeat alert (with over 95% odds). There has been MUCH confusion over this.
