After thirty days, you have had a chance to be involved at least one round of tech deals and are starting your second if not in the middle of it. Bob is pretty much on the money here, a cut-off was necessary because the increased starting funds were meant for new nations. I can understand your frustration, but comments like the one above aren't appropriate on these forums. Since you appear to be new, we'll cut you some slack.
