To: The High transitional Authority of Madagascar From: Dunois & Lemare To whomever it concerns, As our business has recently decided to expand to the African continent, exporting to new markets and investing in fields that cannot be found within Faraway, Dunois & Lemare would like to request to be given information on how to incorporate a new local entity to conduct business with Madagascar. Dunois & Lemare especially is interested in investments in the local vanilla, coffee and sugar production, as these ressources can be produced at home only in limited quantity and it could thus yield profit. To whom it made concern, United Bolivia is interested in renewing our trade agreement this time with increased import/export tonnage. We also are looking into re-investing into the Republic of Madagascar a multi-million bolivar deal that would pay for increased oil drilling for refinement in United Bolivia. You can rest assured that Madagascar will, in all likely hood, renew a trade ties with the United Bolivar government, whom ever they be. At the present, however, such an action cannot be taken. No, do not worry, it is neither an unwillingness or inability on our part or yours. At the moment we are establishing our First Congress, and the election has just finished. Once Congress has been sworn in, the first thing on the agenda, of course, will undoubtedly be to renew economic ties.
