These are the mechanics, if I understand correctly: Each general is equally likely to die. 25% of not killing any generals, even if the op is successful. But, say the person only has 1 general - just the army general. Does that mean I am guaranteed to kill that general, if I am successful and dodge the 25% chance of not killing anyone on a successful attack?
