Sarmatian Empire Posted September 2, 2011 Report Share Posted September 2, 2011 So the past two days, when I get on CN or the CN forums my information bar drops down and says "An add-on for this website has failed to run." I never got this before the past two days. While the chances are quite high that it is something wrong with my system, as it's getting a little old and breaking down. I was just wondering if CN has added any new add ons(CN adds new things?). If not maybe this is a common issue and others might know the add-on thats causing the issue? Duncan King Posted September 3, 2011 Report Share Posted September 3, 2011 (edited) It's a shot in the dark but I wonder if the Google Ads or Google Analyitics ares of the page are the problem. I know that when I was running Google Chrome, these two areas of the websites tripped up my browser to the point that it totally froze. What does IE say is happening when it freezes? I haven't run a Windows browser in a while but there's sometimes a "View Activity" function that lets you see a page's status while it's being loaded.
