It's been said before because it's been tried before, in different ways. People just... tech selling/buying is one of those things that relies on two parties and that almost never creates a sturdy environment to begin with. I was co-leader and it basically fell apart during war. We did everything from banking to betting and it was a fun time. Take some advice, this is a lot of work to uphold and gather steam, get a partner(s). It will definitely help you in the short term. Good luck. But up to a point, one can do just fine on the black market. The "credit rating" is a better and more subtle enforcement mechanism than just declaring war on the dirty rotten scoundrel and taking him down to ZI.
