[/quote] It looks fair enough. 30% higher ANS, but DF has 16% more tech. NS boost is likely related to them bulking up on the blitz. And GR holds only 8 nukes, possibly less after some get spied away. DF has more experienced TE players than GR. At this point, the only fairer targets are Fark and Warriors. GR had a good blitz, though, and it killed DF's chances of going nuclear. They can still even the field with a few spies, and as we all know, even attacks from smaller nations count for something.
