A treaty with our friends at Rodentia Dominatus! Article I. United White and Rodentia Dominatus will never go to war against each other. In fact, our mutual love extends far enough that we will defend each other if a third party is silly enough to attack either of us. Article II. Rodentia Dominatus has the option to engage in offensive actions that United White takes, but is not obligated, and vice versa. Article III. DefCon is everything good and nothing bad. o/ o7 etc. Honestly, it's great. I've played this game for over 2 years and have been in multiple alliances, but none of them come near to matching the intense sense of community DefCon has.

Ridiculous... All these treaties are going to kill fair or semi-fair wars.

I'll sell one to you for 600 tech. You don't have to send the tech from your own nation. I have no problem with you sending $3mill to reliable, active sellers. So basically: 600 tech, however it gets to me, within the generally accepted CN moral code. Guaranteed, as in if there are problems with the sellers you take care of it. Again, as long as I get 600 tech I'm happy. I've got ongoing tech deals but as soon as slots open not related to them I'd like the tech sent to my nation. So first 50 on the 4th, then next 50 on 9th, then once those 2 slots expire another 50 on each day (so 50 more on 14th and 19th). I recently sent aid to a friend of mine that I have in real life for a tech deal. I know "RL friend" automatically makes people suspicious, but, well, anyways, at first the money went through perfectly and all but then after like at least two days I believe of the initial $3million being sent, it flags it as "possible cheating" and automatically cancelled it. We do indeed live sorta close, a few miles away, in the same parish (county for non-LA people) and all, so perhaps it has something to do with our geographical closeness? We have never ever ever logged on at each other's houses. In fact, we've never even gotten on each other's computers for anything at all, which makes it all the more odd...? If it is because we live close and we can't aid each other then that is very unfortunate as she was a reliable tech seller but if it must be then so be it. I just wanted to report it in the "bug" section in case it was indeed just a bug. Thanks, rabonnobar of Calabria
