I am 11k ns and 90 days,(after being nuked 8 times, and zied once) I just get a lot of aid money from my awesome alliance.

He is not asking to be recruited, but, for newer nations, i would recommend NPO, best way to learn the game, aid your nation, and get some war experience. But i would personally leave NPO after you know most things about the game, and head for a mid to small sized alliance, more involvement in government, and easier to move up in ranks. For mid sized alliances some good ones that come to my mind first are M*A*S*H, they have expert military experience, and a good friendly environment, FOK, how can you not love dutch bastards?, Sons of muspel, a new alliance on the rise, that i predict to be big, and obviously CORE, my alliance, which i take pride in leading and want to lead it to greatness.

A common misconception is although different computers on the same network seem to have different ip addresses, to the outside world, they are labeled with the networks ip, not an individual computer's ip.
