Not sure, I have Fios, and it is dynamic IP, so whenever we have a power outage we change IP addies. I think it does cycle through, but it is probably a very large cycle, and doubt that you will have the same IP as someone else who plays cn; though it is possible.

I started at my size now, and it is tool late. Now I have to get my ratio up to 1:4 infra to tech, and with a ratio of 5k:500, it will take awhile.

Recruiting much? Anyway, I normally pay bills everyday, unless I lose a trade, it seems to save me money.

Get a new trade set, I changed mine, and got my environment up all the way and it helped.

Yea, I bought a wonder at around 4k infra, and it helped me get closer to the 5k jump. Since I bought a SM first, it allows me to clear 4 mil a day after bills at 4,799.99 infra. So I recommend buying one now.

I agree with BLT. If we were to remove the improvement swapping and government swapping, it is only taking the fun and excitement out of the game. People like to think they are better than everyone else, and this gives them an upper hand. if you take that away, people will realize that they have the same opportunities as everyone else, and as "fair" as that may seem, it will decrease interest. The world is not fair, so why should we make a simulation fair. And I do agree with redesigning the tax/religion/war system, because I want more strategy, because I want to feel like, if I master that system, I will have an advantage to others, and that is what drives this game. If no one cared about being better than everyone else, everyone would still have 5 ns nations.
