Oh yeah, SOAP didnt give me anything. All aid slots were open and i didnt even get like 10k so your wrong. And since I have found an alliance for me, Request Lock.

LION would be up for it, we have about ten members waiting to switch AA, probably tonight or tomorrow and we will be at around 100k-120k but why not merge with us, we are all active and such. If your not deleted now, stop logging on from the same computer/ip and you should be okay, but you cant aid or trade with them ever.
