See, too many nations, not enough slots. Shawn - This is why I plea. If they could just do this in an orderly fashion, numbers , rainchecks, somethin' so we could accommodate you all in this. They really had no idea there would be a waiting list.

Problem they're running into is there is only 32 of them for 4 alliances and 208+ nations, that doesn't spread their limit of 3 aggressive's/per out very far.

EDIT: See what I'm talkin about, that was just two minutes ago, they're considering mutiny just to get some worthwhile action.
