Well so far, I've come into contact with 2 members of the new NoR, yourself and the LSF diplo. You I knew already and the new LSF Diplo is kool from what I've seen, so looks like you guys really have changed. To be honest i didnt notice we had any conflig other than that of the natural CN rivalry between our former allainces anyway B) . Thanks White Chocolate! And all our other well kool supporters.

Im gona make this quite clear...NEAT stands for its own principles, not those of another alliance/block or whatever. We make our own choices as a group and work together to reach our own goals. We do not feel that the war has 'tarnished' our reputation either, infact, before that incident we were making a reputable name for ourselves as a very reliable tech dealing and friendly alliance. Im sure many alliances who have dealt with us in the past will vouch for this. And regardless about whos right or wrong, this was nearly a year ago now, and we wish to continue to practive our own principles under our known and loved abbreviation, so hows about we all move on? As said tho, that was a moment of anger by B1L, he was understandably annoyed at all the happenings. It didnt take off and the nations tht remained expired, so all is kool now right? Besides, NEAT is run by the majority, and the majority accepted peace, thus NEAT officially accepted peace, those few who didnt accept technically did not represent NEAT. Anyhow, more to the point, nobody seems to want to ponder over the past (baring a few people who wernt even involved in the first place), so lets just keep on trucking to a better digeria :wub: . As long as the name NEAT isnt used...But in the peace agreements said we were aloud to return to NEAT after the 1 month in blackwater...So how comes no using NEAT name? Correct me if im wrong but Im sure that we were aloud out NEAT AA back, Im sure we all made sure of that. And a few posts back, cant remember who, said that NEAT had reformed before...when did this happen? Who reformed it and when lol... More to the point, NEAT simply wants to get on with itself, providing the same love and equality to all our members. Its nice to see the facts said out loud, even if its in this manner. Thanks to the supportive knights during the entire NEAT conflict, not so much thanks to some of the others. The conflict did destroy NEAT as an allaince and i do blame this partly on OBR. However blackwater was a batery chicken for growth and many of us are probaly near the levels we would have been through natural growth anyway so we have to thank Sir E , W_A_R, Craven and a few others for actualy making this possible for us. During the conflict we had pleanty of oportunities to post our protectorate but we chose not too, we expected OBR to do what was right, after all, we were dealing massive amounts of tech with them (Thanks to W_A_R) and it would have been beneficial for them to keep us on good terms...They might not have done the right thing...but atleast they kind of meet us half way....eventualy...then again, by the time OBR got involved such allainces as CPCN were also helping us out and we were already deep into negotiations with andromida. Overall tho, as the general said, we have been discussing the rebirth of NEAT and if such a day would come, i would still be willing to sign treaties with OBR, but i would totaly not trust them as a protectorate again or take their treaties very seriously. -Cheezy

Thank you for your response. I suspected there would be no clear answer so there's no problem and i understand no detail about the checks against IPs can be given so thanks again. Thank you for your advice, i will try and keep my activity on the network to a minimum. Another question about my activity/maybe a way i could reduce my activity: How long would be the maximum i could get somebody (with a nation of their own) to sit mine for? And would it be allowed to create a chain of sitters? Ill be away for 9 months sooo...its alot of activity that i want to try and reduce. I know there's a thread here somewhere for it but i cant find it right now, sorry. Thanks again guys.

Hi, i realise this is similar to this question but im hoping for maybe a more detailed explanation. In a week im going to university 300 miles away from my current home and will be staying in student halls (so i cant use my current IP). now i assume university have several IP addresses but im not sure how they will be devided throught the campus, is there any advice that can be given on how i could find out/has the CN team had such cases before that could maybe shed some light? p.s. if its any help im going to Sheffield uni in the UK if thats any help. And one more qustion, does CN take the average ip or all the ips youve loged on at? As my nation is nearly 900 days old so im hoping that if i would be kind of set to this ip already... I understand this question may not be possible to answer but thank you anyway. After further browsing ive also found this thread that was kind of helpfull this one (referencing to anybody ells that comes in with this question)
