Actually, the remaining gov of TPF immediately decided to go in last night via our tC ties despite mhawk resigning (where are those spy shots?). I have no idea why mhawk did what he did...but suffice to say I was displeased when I woke up to see discover happened (actually, I was livid). As he admits, it was a rash decision...and there's really no other explanation for it. He's the leader of TPF...if he decides we go, we go...and he has all of TPF's support. This is not something he should have done on his own. He knows that. I appointed him as the leader of TPF...and I'm glad he's back doing his job....leading TPF.

It's only one division...we have more.

It was very simple...PURGE only needed to cancel the protectorate agreement rather than going behind our back to merge with Vox. I knew NADC was going to be rolled (and I'm sure Sponge did as well since he engineered it) and I tried to save PURGE the pummeling. I hear you've had great thrills log dumping on me the last few days...and to be honest, I could not care less....baseball season is in full swing and I'd much rather be involved in my son's baseball season than playing CN. Quite a bit different now that he's playing high school ball and he made a good travel team after the high school season is over. I may or may not be active when the season is over...depends if I land another single MILF like last offseason.

As this is an OOC forum, I'll keep my comments OOC. I believe it's not just the current politics that make it difficult to have more wars, but game mechanics. The casual player who has labored over their nation for a year is not as willing to see it blown up in a couple weeks worth of war unless they feel very strongly that it's worthwhile. Fortunately or unfortunately, the casual players aren't normally involved in politics or as active on the forums or IRC. While the following probably belongs in suggestions, I'll add it here for the sake of discussion. It takes far too long for a n00b to build their nation or rebuild a nation after a war. Hypothetically, if you could build a nation (including tech) to a level where you could fight effectively at 5-6k infra, we'd have more wars (there'd be a lot less to risk). Getting the infra isn't an issue with aid...but getting tech is.

Now, now Stumpy...you know it would only be appropriate if a member of 64Digits declared on you.

What did your post have to do with soldier? To imply that only one side is righteous or honorable in their dealings with other alliances is intellectually dishonest and you know it.

I saw the screenies dumped by the gov members that left that showed spies in both TPF and NPO. Perhaps the master spy CZ could shed some light on the topic as he was involved (or knew the person involved). I think that judging by the screens dumped by the ex-gov that split right before Atlantis fell, it was more of a convenience for Atlantis than NPO.

Thanks Stumpy. Despite others opinions of us, E-ZI/P-ZI is not something we practiced and something TPF has been against as an alliance and in private. In the case of TDSM8, nW wanted the entire alliance p-ZI....something I was dead-set against. NW blew up on me, I threatened to cancel our treaty with Val, Chefjoe calmed things down, and TDSM8 got terms. The only difference now is that our unofficial policy has been codified.

My apologies...baseball season is in full-swing and spring break is over...so I will be back again tomorrow when I actually have an evening free. Just as last year, my activity will be almost nil until fall.

While it's never been explicitly stated, our record has been against e-ZI/p-ZI...for the most part we've only asked those that have wronged us to get on IRC for a chat...and we've let them off.

I had constant contact with Pacifican leadership and Atlantis did not. Nothing strange about that.

We stated we were against a white bloc...not that we wanted Atlantis to form a white bloc around us. You held the bloc talks anyway which we justifiably took as a threat.

4th point: Spongebob apologists will create a thread celebrating his "change" and deriding those that disagree.

The "White Bloc" incident more than anything else really set us at odds. Setting up a MDP bloc with everyone else on white except for TPF and STA was a threatening action (even if it wasn't meant that way). That bloc discussion was one of the few things Tyga and I agreed upon (and we went back to peacefully ignoring each other after).

Why don't we just match up in one-on-one duels between PC and TPF. Get the "hate" out of our system...mkay?
