Regarding technical advice, I've used both SMF and vBulletin on rather large forums (larger, I'd wager, than 90% of any alliance forums here), and vBulletin not only scales better but is on the whole much more powerful. Consider GUN. Their name is a bit of a misnomer (stands for Global United Nations), they are a neutral alliance, just like GPA and do not join in wars. GUN is mostly known for the extensive amount of tech dealing they engage in, however there are many mature nations like yourself there too. So the quesiton is, are sanctions shown from top to bottom newest to oldest, or from top to bottom oldest to newest?
