They can't even touch most of our members so I doubt they could destroy us at all.

A few weeks ago a member of the Sith Empire raided a member of the Galactic Imperium and after trying for weeks to get them to pay reps we decided to get the reps ourselves by attacking the raider. Now after doing this, they finally decided to talk about reps. But in the end they said they would only pay 100k, which is far too low for the damages received and time wasted. So now they decided to go all out on the Galactic Imperium thinking it will be an easy win, but even though we had been having bad times these past months with a lot of members getting deleted, we will still stand strong and defend ourselves. Thus the Galactic Imperium declares war on the Sith Empire.

Okay lets say this treaty wasn't for a fake for a moment . How much is a treaty like this worth? I would say it's not worth much at all. And like I said this topic wasn't even meant to be posted here.

The possible death of my alliance is not trivial, just seems this whole thing is being thrown way off proportion and in my opinion having a valid CB on the Galactic Impeirum over this makes no sense.

I'm not one who gets outraged over trivial matters. Though I acknowledge that to you and others that this is a serious matter so I am sorry that this whole thing happened.

Difference is what you put in the articles... And by all means try to do that tactic, though I'm sure the other alliance would know if it's a "joke treaty" or not. I agree with that, though I had no control over where he posted the treaty. Though hopefully a mod will move this topic... Edit: Didn't want to double post.

Though there isn't anything for me to be outraged about, and as for signing it, it was a joke signature and was not our proper one. But all that is moot because this was never intended to be a real treaty nor be viewed as one.

This treaty was void as soon as it was signed, not counting the fact that GI didn't truly sign it, because of Article I and VIII.

I'm looking forward with working with you and the rest of Octava Orden.
