Exactly what Charles said. You decided to join us, which means you are deciding to fight for us during war-time... I was a 58k nation prior to this war, I had the crappiest war chest ever known to man.. but yet I fought more battles than 3/4's of the alliance. and i was in peace for the first round... dont see me complaining. Its like any real life military... you sign up to fight in times of war.
