If the top most portion of the land mass you're on is open, the segment due West from Yuktobania, I'd like to have it and its northern island chains please.
Yeah, it's open, and I'd be down with that. So now it's left to Arieg.

 5. Khislav's domestic aircraft design firm, Eagle Air Arsenal, has filed an international proposal:
An open offer, We here at the Eagle Air Arsenal have long awaited our opportunity to expand our product line. For over 40 years we have provided militaries abroad with effective weapons platforms in the shape of bombers and fighters alike, and while a handful of our transports have seen civil use, we have yet remained solely a defense contractor. Bringing our dedication and loyalty to the cause of the global market, we hope that the strong work ethic our employees have always displayed will engender fruitful returns, even in the face of competition. The Kv-124 is not the pinnacle of our transportation engineering capabilities, but as a contractor whose stakes have been for so long tied to the military, we lack the facilities and capital to venture forward. We seek partnership. We seek hands to shake and promises made. We here at Eagle Air Arsenal have bold, ambitious dreams for the future which beg to be fulfilled. We seek assistance in realizing these dreams, and whish to enter into an unlimited contract with other firms in the world to take designs off of paper and turn them into tangible products for our customers and yours. The first on this list is a small, supersonic business jet, based loosely on upscaled fighter technology, and ideal for politicians and the wealthy elite alike. It will be fast, it will be reliable, and it will be cost effective. You have our word, our reliable word, that your corporation will have full rights and full involvement in the design, along with partial ownership upon completion. Once our dreams are realized, then we can go anywhere. Return correspondence will certainly hasten this realization. Thank you. Regards, Alexei Simonovich Chairman, Eagle Air Board of Directors
An image of a full-size, hand-crafted demonstrator (called the Kv-300) was sent as part of an information packet, but no details were given. 6. If I decommission things such as aircraft and improvements, do I get any money back? I'd rather know instead of testing it, since I'm in the middle of a war.
 7.
The way i want my nation's history to go, The Nodic Kingdom starts off well and good as a Absolute or Constitutional Monarchy. Everything is nice and quaint, however, the Kingdom has a long standing beef with a neighbouring nation. Said rival manages to infiltrate the Nobility with a nurse or attendant of some sort. The Nodic King has no heirs, but soon one of his concubines produces one. It is a young boy, loved by many, but his title is disputable. The King hesitates to announce his heir and as such the mother starts to become exasperated at her otherwise loving Lord. This is where the infiltrator comes in. She eventually convinces the mother to assassinate the King, hereby forcing the nobility to accept her son, as he is the closest the Kingdom has to a new King, lest the Kingdom fall apart. However, the boy gets killed along side his father. The Mother seizes the crown and the the Kingdom becomes a Queendom. However, there is another heir. An immediate relative of the deceased King, a young Tintagurl of sort, has a son. There is a dispute and a royal spat ensues. In any case, for what ever reason these two are offed along with the Queen. Military steps in, places a puppet rule, Authoritarian nation is born. In any case, I'd need someone to RP having a standing rivalry with my Nation, so I can kick off this transition.
I'd do it. No one here has seen me actually RP, yet, but Arieg will vouch for me I'm sure.
 8. Система коммуникаций Кисловский LVOV - League leadership is standing behind the charter their membership signed, and foreign aid is now pouring into Khislav's coffers. Official reports from Prime Minister Tatarin's office state that Red Forest is persecuting this war alone, without any international backing or support, and that this is not a new trend for them. The fighting last night which caught much of Khislav flat-footed, punctuating the still air with blood and thunder, was sparked by aggression on the part of Chairman Atom, the dictator of Red Forest. His rhetoric and bullying of smaller nations had simply gone too far when he invaded a member of the League of Soviet Nations. Within hours, the League passed a unanimous vote to rush to the aid of their member, called Seaside. Khislav, being the closest member nation, was selected to be the tip of the spear. Despite such loss of life in the initial fighting, it seems that Governor Somonov was correct; this war will turn around. - Abram Lishin, CKK
 9. And all my problems just disappeared with a little foreign aid from my alliance... now I'm stronger than I was before the war, and my technology is even higher than my enemy's with more troops and tanks. So it looks like I'll be clobbering him tonight. EDIT: Whoops. Wrong thread...
 10.
Space Program is specifically for moon and beyond, so there's no worries about launching.
Moon and beyond as in a base on the moon and Mars... ? Technically, Apollo took place right smack in the middle of the Cold War.
 11. If we're going to make this a Cold War, we need more alliances/pacts/treaties in order to create those entangling alliances.
 12.
Some people choose to RP every little nick or scratch their nation gets IG, others don't. It's really up to you, just remember that should you enter an IC war or conflict, you must use the stats you currently have.
I'll take this as a no. Thanks.
 13.
There are no saved stats in CNRP. If you don't want to RP any kind of destruction to your nation that's up to you, however if you were to get involved in a conflict in CNRP it would be with your current numbers, not the ones before the war.
I'm aware of that. I was asking if I had to update m CNRP nations numbers every day or if I could wait until things stabilize.
 14. Система коммуникаций Кисловский LVOV - War has come to Khislav, as directed by the leadership of the League of Soviet Nations. Pre-emptive strikes by the communist nation Red Forest inflicted crippling casualties on Khislav in the early moments of the fighting. Casualties were high; some sources indicate the initial death toll totals more than 3,000 slain Khislavite soldiers and 50 wrecked tanks. More than 500 died in the first moments of the battle. Responding to these attacks, Khislavite High Command launched a salvo of powerful cruise missiles into River City, Red Forest's capital, dealing heavy damage to enemy assets in the region. A particularly disastrous failed Khislavite air strike saw a one-sided air battle. Khislavite Air Force officials state that 16 aircraft were brought down in the engagement while taking only 2 Red Forest kills. A hard lesson. Governor Valinkovo Somonov insists that these early setbacks are only temporary, but the dead are forever taken. - Abram Lishin, CKK
 15. So my alliance sucked me into a war and I got clobbered right off the bat. Fortunately, the guy we're fighting is all alone and when the rest of the alliance is around he's going to get ripped apart. I hope. Anyway, on to my point: should I change my totals to reflect the changes in my IG CN? Or can I just leave them where they are at my previous all time highest levels? I'm sure I'll recover from the war, and the numbers will more than likely fluctuate as the fighting continues. Also, everyone told me cruise missiles were bad for new players to buy - I've proved that wrong. Against an enemy who is higher tech than you, cruise missiles can help to level the playing field. I'm kind of bummed because I was hoping to get into my first tech deals soon, but looks like it'll have to wait.
 16. Nevermind, got sucked into war by my alliance.
 17. You know the spiel. 50 tech? 3 million dollars. Nation: http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=389072 I have four slots open.

Система коммуникаций Кисловский KOLMIYA - The fields of the Stanislav Oblast thundered today during military training exercises in the remotest flatlands available. The Khislavite Forces practiced procedures essential to future war-fighting. The locals were warned a week in advance but a few still expressed confusion, uncertain whether or not Khislav was under attack. A flight of aircraft streaked across the sky just above the treetops according to a few reports, frightening livestock in the area. The very public drilling and maneuvering is believed to serve three purposes: to test the organization of the fighting force, determine where effectiveness needs to be improved, and to demonstrate to the world that Khislav truly does possess a disciplined, if small, military. At the close of the exercises, soldiers were encouraged to meet the locals, boosting morale. - Marina Morozov, CKK
