Once Kaliknov saw the new palace in New Canada, he ordered his best architects to draw up some blueprints for a new capitol building. This building will take approximately 1-2 months to build as we have many workers on this." announces the Chief Architect of this building, Mark Ridon. OOC: this will be a thread like Fizzydog's were all public building designs/announcements go.

The BPP arrives a bit late because they had some technical issues during flight, "Man, next time I might as well fly my own damn plane!' Kaliknov said as he arrived at New London airport. The Secret Service escorted him to the Palace where he then commented, "Damn, I need to get me one of these. This is beautiful." Kaliknov blurted out. "Call Ridon and get him on a new project." They then entered the wondrous building, where Kaliknov still is amazed. OOC:Kaliknov is kind of an outgoing person who says what he thinks and isn't afraid to say what he wants.

I wish to thank Selenarctos and the Imperial Hudson Reich for their warm welcomes and open a new statement as we are open for trades. Our primary resource is Iron ore but we do have several plants making children toys like trinkets and yo-yos.

This nation feels it can be responsible on its own. The Federation of Baskan or FB for short, It shall and will be a Fully Republic government as Kaliknov is elected President. He shall appoint his staff once the new nation get settled with other diplomatic reasons. The Federation of Baskan is going to have open diplomacy with all countrys. We believe that peace is the way of life and we shall acknowledge this greatly and forever. The Government is comprised of several ministers including, but not limited to, Defence, State, Finance, Press, and Interior. Once we grow and expand we will appoint new ministers to handle day to day affairs. We have already established several trade ports {the Kingdom of Cochin is allowing us to use one of theirs} Beihai and Chittagong can serve our trading needs from other countries that are cross-ocean. Kaliknov is the ruling president and has limited power as there are only 2 branches of the government. Which are the Senate,which is comprised of a representative from each village, and the Executive, The President and his advisers/ministers. In case of the death of the President, the Minister of State takes over and so on. If the Senate feels the President if acting ruthless, they need a 75% majority vote to impeach him. Then a poll will go out to the citizens of Baskan and that needs a 75% majority vote also. The President is set in stone unless he is either; impeached, dies, or a revolution occurs. We have established a small police force of about 10,000 men as we are not expecting war anytime soon. They are mainly stationed in every village as a precautionary measure. This is headed by the President but also by the Minister of Defence. They all have excelled training and I hope we don't have to use the police force much. The Federation of Baskan is a peaceful country established with one thing on mind, Diplomacy. We are currently on very friendly terms with the Kingdom of Cochin as they are allowing us to use their ports for trading (for a fee of course). All lines of diplomacy will be open in the Federation of Baskan. We are also very open to treaties or any economic affecting offers you have. We are very interested in growing and learning new things.We also invite any people to come visit us in our capital of Rashir as the ball of Independence will be held in one week at our new capital building.
