I realised in the last one I had essentially cut constantinople/Instanbul from the rest of RA.

Continued from last post. Scottish equivilant is based in England. Spread out across many bases across the country it would pretty much allow either one of us to take control of eachothers country in the event one of us leaves or goes into Anarchy.
