*shrugs* it was JUST and idea that's all. GPA could choose ANY amount they want and say, "you pay a fine to us, there's no war" or something like that. Poaching is (in most cases) a DoW depending from what point the alliance that was poached upon sees it as. Edit: I put GTA instead of GPA on accident.

Thank you, I'm here all day Yes in an Obama like speech, which does nothing. I'm also not very happy that these alliances just made a speech I think they should have gone a little farther but yes it was their choice. And technically you DID get away with a war, a fine, and whatever else people can think of.

I think you would have given a heavy hand to that alliance and I think you know it. Can you not get what people are trying to tell you? I'm using a lot of EASY metaphors and you STILL cant understand them? Look at the meanings of the metaphor and you WILL understand what it means. ok lets say that NSO never did what you guys did. then some alliance tried to recruit people from NSO INCLUDING NSO's rulers (yes that implies you too, Corinan) Would NSO really stand for that? No obviously NOT! What would happen, hmm..... war perhaps? IDK that is up to the leaders of NSO and since I don't know what they do to..... umm..... special areas par-say but I think NSO would bring a heavy hand onto that alliance.

If he gives an apology for sending those messages then I'll cool down. And other alliances will do it just for fun now (possibly) but I think every alliance knows that this is a bad thing to do. What can we do? Fine NSO with 3,000,000 per nation that NSO tried to recruit. I know this is illogical but it teaches other alliances not to do this and NSO to never do it again. Where I come from it's not harassing, it's a "Violation of Rights, Privacy, and Space" and you (NSO) violated all three Also where I come from (again) you get jail time for that and it's some where between 3-5 years so in CN I would think that you SHOULD get some kind of punishment, and Im all for war now see this. sorry but I had to state my opinion, and I'm not the only one who thinks that way.

I dont think sovereignty is the word I would look at but it's more like a "violation of rights". I see it like this: A woman (GPA) is walking down a street, a man (NSO) comes from behind and touches her. THAT is a violation of rights and that is how I see it as. When you said at the end "Peace is a lie" I laughed so hard because you are telling the truth on this one, you don't want peace with this alliance. We know you are pleased because GPA didn't start a war with you yet. Oh hush you! even if NSO didn't have the intention you still could have stared it. wow your mean. Anyways, my spot on this is: NSO was probably trying out their boundaries, knowing that a war COULD NOT happen with neutrals because of Ivan's name and their possible allies. To be honest, I have no respect for NSO now and I hope they get humbled by some alliance. I also think that a war WOULD be good, why? 1) Poaching is a violation of an alliance's space and is technically a war starter. 2) If a war started then I would say that the neutrals would come together to help one another, not to mention that all of NSO's allies SHOULD be sickened by this and hopefully see what NSO is willing to do to get what they want. In turn if the war came, out of respect of the neutrals, NSO's allies (at least some of them) should cancel their treaties and NOT get involved. 3) it would show that Ivan can't rule this whole CN world,because the way I'm looking at it Ivan has some ego issues (with respect). The list can go on and if TZC was the size of NSO or even bigger and NSO tried to poach my members I would out right wage a war with NSO. In my books poaching is a DoW.
