  1. THANK YOU ADMIN! Just sayin'. Consolidating everything for R26 in one big fluffy thread. Please try not to nitpick on things if you can control yourself that much lol. We will get nothing done at all if there is too much sniveling about all the little things. My ideas, in order: 1. I actually don't think we need many changes to the game as far as economics goes. People have 100-200 million warchests as it is. That's good enough. There is too much debate over what to do anyways. I say leave it as it is until more of a consensus evolves and a need becomes more obvious. 2. I do think the prizes as they were this round made for less action. The last month+ of the round many alliances literally did as little war as possible, they sat around and built and hugged themselves. I'd bet there were less wars overall in R25 than in previous rounds. Far far FARRR too much as far as prizes for biggest nations. Lower the rewards and spread them out more, perhaps include casualties in the NS formula. PRIZES FOR CASUALTIES. This is an absolute must!! Numbers of wars will go up fast, and they will be nuclear wars too. You could also give out prizes for most attacking/defending casualties too. This will make for more action and diversify the goals for players in TE as opposed to concentrating them just on nation building. 3. As far as war goes by far the area that needs the most improvement is navy. This is the easiest and most efficient way for changes to make war more fun. Navy could be really really cool - but now it's something that people can opt not to use at all, and avoid completely just by deleting land. I made a thread about this long ago here. I liked all the ideas there but let's start small. If nothing else, THIS: If you have a harbor - your harbor should be able to be blockaded. Completely logical and realistic. If you get blockaded, your last trade is temporarily blocked until the war ends. If you are getting resources through your harbor, you lose access to those resources when the harbor is blockaded. This makes total sense. It will make people start to buy navy earlier as well, which alone will slow down the crazy easy growth nations can make now. 4. All-alliance messaging for alliance leaders. Anyone who has ever led an alliance will probably support this. Make it an option that the alliance founder can give out to alliance managers. I think this will increase the quality of alliances, alliance communication and especially alliance war capacities (among other things) by a large amount immediately. 5. STATS! TE is like the sports pages for CN, and we are all competition junkies. The SE Stats/Awards pages are wayyy cooler than the TE ones, and they can be cooler still. I wanna see stats on just about everything, and even all-time stats across the rounds if you can. This last alone would people less likely to hide their nations so much since they don't get accumulated stats for changing them all the time. More later from me maybe but these are easy to do and would greatly improve game play if these are all that gets done.
  2. I thought it turned out to suck. Several alliances literally sat out and did nothing for the last month+ of the round, and that alone made TE a bit more boring. We need prizes that make for more action not less action. How about less prizes given out to more people? I like the idea of giving out prizes to the casualties winners, like the top 5 get prizes. 1st - 5 donations 2nd - 4 donations 3rd - 3 donations 4th - 2 donations 5th - 1 donations Another idea: Make these donations for TE not SE, and that you can apply them to your alliance members not just yourself.
  3. Nah he means us :) I expect a full down-declare first chance they get lol
  4. It's been an SDI-kinda war so far. Big strings on both sides. I am now owed around 10 direct hits in a row, mathematically speaking. ...%$#@& stupid %$!@ little %@#&...
  5. The distance between 4th and 3rd is quite a bit, but I ain't stoppin' gdi. Number of Soldiers Lost in All Wars. 243,269 Attacking + 391,579 Defending = 634,848 Casualties Casualty Rank: Ranked #4 of 683 Nations (0.59%)
  6. That's what the GAME says, kong. Don't hate the player. Hate the game.
  7. Garion you RULE SCHOOL, my brother :) Nah he had nothing to do with it. I actually screwed up and totally forget he'd been with you guys earlier in this round or I'd have given him only VEXILLODGE nations to fight for one very good and simple reason: His trades. One of his targets ended up being one of his trade partners, and when that happens, it kills the trade automatically. D'OH. My bad there, all my bad. BTW can somebody please nuke me? Nothing makes bills cheaper like a nuke!
  8. Post after post after post after post after post after post after post after post after post after post all of which essentially sum up to "Wahh the Warriors are picking on us" does not sound like like winners to me. That's the way losers act.
  9. Yeah, not gonna answer all of that. I just don't have that much time in life lol. Some of it's right, the rest not so much. Here's just a couple highlights. 1. NONE of you were nuked. A couple TPC nations got nuked but no Citadel nation did. This is the second time it's not just me calling you out, it's the game itself. The nuke stats stay all round long too, just like the spy stats. That link is to the earliest page of your own nuke reports, anyone can go see them. You nuked your opponents but none of them nuked you. Scoreboard. This means you had nukes and they did not, you had 5% nations and they did not, you had bigger nations than they did, etc. etc. See how that works? Once again, on our first war: Citadel had more nukes than we did, the second most nations in TE at the time, higher average NS than we did - and another alliance that also had nukes, plus higher average ns than we did. All those advantages and you still think we did a down-declare? That kind of explains why you think your first war was NOT a TRUE cheap down-declare. 2. Are reallllyyy trying to say that fits the Hellas war? During the time between their opening war down declare against TFK, and the time they hit us, they fought TPC and we fought you - twice. We can actually look up the times out of war if you want, but you won't like it. They had more peace, more avg ns by a quite a bit, 80% more nukes, more nuke nations, etc. We didn't complain about any of that, it was a fun war. Kind of funny you're now trying to kiss Hellas' butt at the same time you spew this stuff - which actually kind of insults them. 3. Are you referring to the time when they wanted us to be their meatshields against an alliance twice our average ns? Backing out of an agreed war alongside us, literally on the last day, and saying "You guys go ahead and hit 'em NOW, and we'll come in a couple of days, yeah, a couple of days."? ON THE GO DAY this happened! So then we hit THEM instead, which was a completely even war - which is, of course, why we wanted them to help us hit the alliance with twice our average ns in the first place?! Together we had a chance to do some legit damage. Alone, we had only 15 nations even in RANGE for any of them. We will be no one's meatshields, kong. They needed hitting. Anyways that was then, this is now. I like bomb, we have met several times on the battlefield and he always tries hard and there is good banter between us all war long, just like last time. I was bustin' his chops just the other night :P Anyways that's enough, I'm outties til next time. Twice now you've tried to claim something that checking the game itself proves completely wrong, and it looks like both times you did that on purpose. That's a really bad precedent and I think it puts a pretty accurate spin on everything y'all say here on the owf. -- Ps: I also want to redeem a war discount coupon that TPC gave us on our second war agai9nst you, when they hit what they called "the WAPA stragglers." That was 40 nukes and 45,000ns that did not fight in our war (and did in TPC's war), which makes things even MORE even between us. We had the same time out of war as you had, and we gave you even more help than the first war. Rat Basterds were legit, give them props. Yet still you cry, post after post after post after post after post after post after post...
  10. Well, sure! Its a much better fight than you guys usually get too y'know lol
  11. According to their war screens their last war with SUN was declared 3 weeks ago. We've been at war since then ourselves lol
  12. You guys just suck y'know? Do you ever tell the whole truth? The order of what happened: tW nation gets several nukes spied Swazz messages tW nation taunting message about his nukes right after Swazz lies about spying tW nukes tW nation attacks Swazz 3 Citadel nations attack tW nation tW nation spies Citadel Reminder: Warriors are not the alliance that blatantly lies about its spy attacks. If we hadn't already killed you twice this round we would be killing you again right now and you'd deserve it just for being whiny sniveling weasels here and MAKING ME POST HERE. That alone ticks me off enough that you deserve a good killing all over again, but it's time to move on, even if Swazz can't. Seriously, get over it.
  13. I want it on record that this new posting stuff here at the owf SUCKS SHIT THROUGH A STRAW. It looks wayyyy different in what I am trying to post and whats it all looks like in the text box, vs what the preview shows, so I have to totally redo it. I have enough reasons not to like these forums as it is! Stats: Warriors: 38 nations, 10089 avg, 167 nukes Goodfellas: 15 nations, 10845 avg, 119 nukes VEXILLODGE: 18 nations, 9662 avg, 45 nukes The ns will look a lot different after VEXILLODGE especially gets themselves set up for war, too many of their nations have plenty of cash but no military build up at all. No planes, no tanks etc. They have lots and lots of infra though that's for sure. Tier stuff: Warriors: 3 x 20k+, 15 x 10k+ Goodfellas: 2 x 20k+, 8 x 10k+ VEXILLODGE: 1 x 20k+, 8 x 10k+
  14. The Warriors Declare war on Goodfellas and VEXILLODGE Time to war some new people this round, and we've including some old friends. RED TEAM RULES! o7 Goodfellas o7 VEXILLODGE o7 WARRIORS!
  15. In before the OP/Citadel war starts to glow:
  16. So to sum up your general snivelling, in your many generally silly posts: You are mad because you declared war on you twice, and even though in both wars you declared you were fighting against bigger nations than yourselves. Even though you claim you won both wars, you are still all kinds of mad about you declaring the wars in the first place. So you continue to post silly things where you figure nobody was notice how silly you are being, because you post pictures at you that "red herring" away from your silliness about the wars you declared anyways. This is why you repeatedly spied governments etc against you, yet still cried like a newborn about when you did it to yourself. That close? I honestly think you have only yourself to blame.
  17. TPC focused on OP too. Numbers of nations are left out of those stats. It was the average NS difference per nation that mattered - and usually matters - most on the battlefields. All the smaller NDO/Misfits nations didn't matter much at all in the war itself. The biggest result of the higher average ns per nation difference in favor of Citadel/TPC was many more top 5% nations and almost all the nukes of the war. You guys were doing almost all the nuking, with just a couple exceptions. It was a pretty big down declare - when the war was over, you and TPC had lost almost no average nation strength, you'd been replacing lost infra with gained tech during the war as far as ns was concerned. That only happens when the only attacks someone can do against you are underdog attacks, when they always have smaller planes than you do, and when you are generally not getting nuked - and they are. When the Warriors were thinking about our first war, because of how huge the down-declares were in their first wars, we felt we had our choices among TPC, Hellas and/or Citadel for options. Those were the alliances that took such easy wars they really had no legit right to complain about a more fairer one. Hellas' first war against TFK was pretty cheap too, and for mostly the same reasons. If we had been big enough at the time to hit two of the three, we would have. Probably TPC and Citadel, but we just weren't quite big enough. So we could only hit one and a smaller alliance, and because of extenuating circumstances, Cowboy chose to hit Citadel. He had his good reasons for doing so. This war should be more fun than the last, at least nukes will fly both ways :) o7 OP o7 Citadel
  18. ANYWAYS. Garion and CaveJohnson are absolutely top quality people, just want that on record. Myriam keeps on doggedly nuking me, which I completely appreciate and love her for. Perhaps most importantly: While bomb and I might talk some smack at each other here on the forums, in-game we seem to be having a blast (pun intended) and he and I have engaged in constant good-times commentary on our war together, especially the weirdnesses. He's proving to be a pretty decent fellow. In game at least. lol Thanks for the casualties Hellas!
  19. While do I say some pretty harsh things about what tripe people spew around here, at least I never try to attack anyone's personal lives. Watch yourself, old man. Anyways YES it actually does completely prove wrong what you said here: I am not just making stuff up over here - I am posting stats that everyone can check in-game. What you said there was 100% completely outright a lie - and it's not ME saying that, its the game itself. Since you are not telling the truth here - why should people believe your truth elsewhere? You tried your best to get us to attack and stomp Hellas right out of the gate. Well, we don't do that sort of stuff, which is why Cowboy hit YOU guys instead. He found you disingenuous. Trying to kiss Hellas' butts here is kind of silly. Your boy swazz first thought he was TPC's viceroy, and then here he apparently thinks he is Hellas' minister of war. I think he alone ran more spy gov attacks than anyone in our alliance last war, and as an alliance you guys ran what, 8 straight, just where you got caught? Swazz sure is lying right through his rotting teeth in this thread. That dude is more full of crap than a country outhouse :)
  20. Aww come on, you're just making some of this up. In the first war: You had a higher average NS than we did (and did the second war too). You had more nukes than we did. We added in another alliance along with you - that ALSO had more average ns than we did. All of that is 100% true, I'm not the one who makes up stats around here. Edited to add: Wait, you also say your first war was a 10 day war? Wow. Why should anyone ever believe you about anything. LOL
  21. Number of Soldiers Lost in All Wars: 149,503 Attacking + 266,872 Defending = 416,375 Casualties Casualty Rank: Ranked #1 of 703 Nations (0.14%) BOOM
  22. ^^Bumped :p We currently have over 700 nations, which is fairly decent and that is more than enough for some good competition. So at the risk of grave-digging, I humbly request the return of TE next round and every round. I, for one, would probably quit the game completely if not for TE. We should even have more nations next round due to less SE stuff!
  23. To claim the TE leader in casualties is a flag runner is just outright silliness. Next time send me more nations to kill. Lets try again. This is what you said^^^^ This is what the truth is, currently the bottom of page 2 of the Warriors spy ops, and you can go back one more page for the rest. Count them all up, and see where Citadel began to run them at the end of the war as an alliance to hurt as many nations as possible. Compare totals and Citadel ran many more than we did. What Citadel says and what Citadel does are very different "what"s. You claim things that the game itself says aren't true - and are exactly what YOU are guilty of. It isn't me being hypocritical or lying. I don't care whether you like it or not, the scoreboard is the fact, jack. I wish Cowboy had saved some of your early PMs telling him to stomp Hellas as soon as possible this round. IF I am right on last war - and I am, the scoreboard says so... ...and you are NOT right on last war - and you are NOT, the scoreboard says so... ...odds are, I am right on your pms too. I hope it's not the last round, but if so at least we're all going out in style! Props again to Garion and CaveJohnson, who are also bombs, cause they blow me up :P
  24. No kidding, weirdest war in a while. One day I got hosed on an air attack on bomb where I had 50% more attack strength than he had and more tech - and lost a bunch of planes instead. Then he nuked me, and lost two air attacks when HE had 50% more attack strength. Yesterday I hit Garion, who is a decent fellow, with a 30% attack where I just wanted to knock him down for the next guy up, and kill some deploy troops off so I could rebuy them on defense. Instead I killed 13,000 of his troops, setting up about 5 wins on the guy. And proceeded to lose the next two underdog attempts against bomb, when I had perfect odds both times. WTF?!. I think we damaged the battle math calculator or something, the thing is out of wack somehow. Hey Garion! You posted when I wasn't looking :p
  25. This is literally the stupidest thing anyone has ever said on these forums. Very impressive. Wtg, champ!
