Tahoe would be interested in joining this pact in the sense of American unity, however, there are two problems. First, the Charter fails to mention a specific and total declaration of anti-colonialism. The American nations need to be banded together to prevent foreign nations from establishing any colony of any type on the American continents. America is for the Americans. Second, worrying more about the host city than real issues is a display that is, frankly, disappointing. Such trivialities brought the UES down, and if the ATO wishes to rise above and provide true stability for the Americas, we need not worry about such a thing.

Most modern nations have advanced bomb shelters. The IG wonder gives half your military shelter. That is a damn lot bigger than bomb shelters. So, if you have the wonder you have absolutely ginormous bunkers underground. Most people have bunkers of some kind though.

Any anti-EMP devices the Vinilandese can create would certainly be of interest for purchase by the Tahoan government. While we may be capable of devising our own system, continuing our use of standardized equipment between the new nations is a militarily sound idea, not to mention cheaper for us.

Granted, our tech is steadily going by-by, but we lost so much infra that buying it back is really cheap, and money is flowing constantly to small people due to our great organization. I don't honestly see how ending terms will significantly increase our growth rate, either. Plus eventually it will slow down as people get to more standard infra levels where it is more expensive.

I ignore the multiplier and have my population at about 18 million no matter what. Its pretty small for my nation being based on the west coast USA. I just assume nations like Turkey, Welsh Empire, Neo Japan, Triyun, J Andres ect. have pretty big populations because of their geographical location and how big populations are RL. It doesn't really affect anybody to have a big or small population in RP, and as long as its reasonable I say go for it. Military should probably be restricted to a multiplier though, but it doesn't have to be so rigid.

Optional Defense Network tries to come out ahead by jumping ship to the "winning" side and still manages to fail miserably. I can't imagine to see what would have happened if they had actually grown some balls
