Actually we decided this like 2 days ago and we weren't about to stop it because of one measly announcement.

Now this is saddening, but only because I didn't get to see Tib's plan play out. It would have been very interesting if something like this happened, however as far as I can see it was poorly thought out and planned and as said earlier not many alliances were taken into consideration.

Roman Empire again posts a strong gain like all the updates I have done so far, while in contrast Mostly Harmful Alliance loses a lot of score due to a loss of 15 members. Rodentia Dominatus and The Phoenix Federation get honorable mentions because of their strong gains although not enough to beat the Roman Empire. Shout out to SWAT since they were one of two alliances to actually pass someone. We Are Perth Army is also cool because they make my job easier by making the add line gain every time .

Yeah, it surprised me too seeing all that, they are probably just the normal fluctuating people in TE however. Since usually the first few days has like 2,700 and then moves down to about 2,465 nations. Mostly Harmful Alliance has passed the once immovable Frostbite and taken their 2nd place ranking as well as the biggest gain. The Phoenix Federation and Roman Empire get honorable mentions since they have posted substantial gains on top of the gains they have made from last update. the alliance who gets the shout out though is We Are Perth Army who keeps gaining score so i don't have to add any more alliances to the race making my job easy .

"Well both nations have declined our access to the lands bordering the Dragon Empire, It would be of no use to try and sail our navy out of lake Baikal down the different outlets to the ocean since the only outlets we can use run through Buraytia and the newly created Union of Vaule whom I would assume would also submit a similar response as the others. ~Classified~ It was the first time since the creation of the conglomerate that the three leaders would meet in person Georgi Reslov of The Iron Brotherhood, Jason Marcotte of Code Blue, and Frederick Relex of Relex's Cossack Army. The three met in Irkutsk to resolve Kivortistan's position on all of the issues within the world. In the basement of a unknown building a poorly lit room, fairly damp, and fairly smokey due to how many people (Relex's guards) in the room were smoking cigars and cigarettes. "Made up your mind already have you Reslov? hopefully your decision mimics mine as I too have already made up my mind as to what to do regarding this matter" said Relex lighting up a cigar. "However Reslov has a point there they are the easiest accessible area and I doubt that we can get permission from Cochin to travel through their lands to support someone who is no longer an ally of theirs" said Relex. "We could always force them to allow us passage? after all it is the least they can do to help the very people they have stabbed in the back" said Marcotte taking a swig of Vodka. "That is a very plausible idea I too have great reasons to doubt that they will let us travel through their land no matter what the reason. However I still believe we should hand them a message asking them first, that way we might get through on peaceful terms. We for sure do not want to go through Buraytia's protectorate without permission, there could be serious repercussions if we do so. Unless the borders of Cochin do not stretch across the entire border of the land classified as the "Dragon Empire Protectorate then we can use that as such a means of transportation" said Reslov. "It will, Cochin was one of the most dominant figures in the Dragon Empire, they most likely held all of the land that we could use to access the remaining dragons" said Reslov. Black was the only sanctioned alliance able to gain members and os they must be mentioned. While We Are Perth Army overtakes the Spartan Defence Force taking their sanction and also their bold title. OOC: Well right now I have only 6 ships, 4 ACs, one sub, and a frigate so if I stationed them anywhere its either all of them there or none due to the size of my navy right now and due to the high alert status. IC: So what is the stance for everyone here about DE and Tahoe/allies is it to wait for first strike by them? or to wait until there is solid proof of an invasion upon Asia by foreign powers or when the DE's naval detection system picks up an invasion force? Cause it would be good for all of us to declare war all at the same time if it comes to that.

I had to vote LoneWolf because most of those alliances and leaders haven't even been around for more than 40 days and out of the ones who have Wolf i figure is one of the most hated for the start of the round. ~Secret~ Within the Heart of the Conglomerate, a underground complex is being constructed with only one purpose. The creation of nuclear weapons...Already there has been much breakthrough as money keeps coming into the project propelling it into a fast completion. In exactly 168 days (OOC: 14 RL days) the project is going to be completed as the current amount of money far exceeds the cost to do so. To prevent leaks to anyone not involved in the project or not a high ranking official the project is being performed in the strictest manner of security. ~Public~ The Conglomerate announces support for the belligerent Dragon Empire, however no declarations of war are to be made until the Dragon Empires sovereignty and forces are directly attacked by the nation of Tahoe or any other American country. Kivortistan also announces that we are in full support of King Chris's government already in place within Texas and we condemn the confederates actions attacking Texas. Due to the heavy situation defcon levels are moved from defcon five immediately down to defcon 2. The Nation has also launched three aircraft carriers bringing the total up to four and bringing the number of F-22s up to seventy five. The Conglomerate has begun to roll out a modern navy as fast as it can to be able to have some sort of dominance on the waters. OOC: I also have to ask something of the AUP, due to reality's sake I can not have my ships residing in my country and make it out to international waters. So I am asking of the AUP that my entire current navy and future naval ships be allowed to reside at the AUP naval base in Indonesia as well as the sailors of course. I do not think that this will be a problem with you guys, but I at least need something stating where my ships reside. Wasn't sure exactly how to put this into IC though.
