It's silly to think you consider this maneuvers...this is what we call going to war for no reason other then your number one...basically walking up to someone and just punching them in the nose for no reason. The standard rate for selling technology is 3 mil for 100 tech. So I don't think you'll receive any buyer's at those rates as there incredibly high compared to standard prices.
