    It's called doing things in a organized manner, not just flying off the handle like some people do. And could you be any more obvious on the fact you don't like GPA atop the rankings? Any half-baked reason you can find for a war.

    I wouldn't be surprised if the GGA, and by that I mean the alliances that really matter, the NPO/NpO, will use this as a silly reason to go to war.

    Remember FAN's 2000 strong nuclear barrage? It proves that GPA can do the same, if they were in a position where they have no other option.

    How can any alliance possibly want that for themselves, over something as simple and small as what some person said in an IRC chatroom? I mean, that is just ridiculous.

    Yes, but do they have the stomach for nuclear warfare? All that time spent building their nations to have them ruined?

    It's just a game, I think they know that =/

    Internet Rule #1: Nothing said on the internet should be taken seriously.

    Internet Rule #2: This applies specifically to any gaming community.

    Bilrow, I'm sorry - but you're taking this OOC business too far. If people don't want to hear it, then don't listen, you can't stop people from saying OOC things, nor should GPA be forced to ban anyone for inaction against users being OOC in an OOC channel.

    Aha! That makes sense :D

    So two more questions:

    A. With circumstance 3, you wouldn't get the benefits of circumstance 2?

    B. With circumstance 2 if you have nukes, will your nuke upkeep costs double even though you have Uranium, but because it's not circumstance 3?

    Hey guys.

    I'm making a calc for CN resources, and the one thing I can't get right is Uranium.

    The CN information page doesn't make much sense to me, and seems to contradict the testing a friend did for me with uranium.

    Can someone please state the correct and exact effects of having uranium as a resource over not having uranium as a resource, in the circumstances of having each of the following selected in nation government position:

    Circumstance 1: We will sign the treaty in order to appease the other nation. We are opposed to all nuclear research and weapons.

    Circumstance 2: Our government will not sign the treaty because our nation believes in the use of nuclear technology to build power plants, however we do not promote the use of nuclear technology for weapons of mass destruction.

    Circumstance 3: We will never sign such a treaty. Doing so would endanger our people. Our nation promotes the use and build up of nuclear weapons.

    Circumstance 4:No position at this time.

    Anyone's help over this is highly appreciated :)

    Sometimes us leftist do everything in our power to improve relations with NoV/NoR, we give them no excuse to attack and we even ask for their permission to exist which they give to us. Then a few days later we are still attacked. <_<

    don't tell it to someone who lived in a former communist state... 99% of us will think of their life of 1945-1990 not of an utopia...

    Please point me to a census or even a survey to prove that statement

    GROSS and an extremely stupid, simple-minded and quite simply false generalisation you've got thar.

    I'd even call it propaganda.

    Communism is, quite simply the ideology of social equality and common ownership of means of production. Nothing even remotely sick about that.
