Stuka, don't blame NPO for this for a second. Blame our so called "allies" in GW2, and esp. GW3, and the decisions made by the leaders of the prominent alliances on the side opposed to the orders and allies.
As for the situation, I don't see it changing, due to the fact that most of CN cares too much about their infra.
Doesn't mean there's no excitement in the politics of the game though, there's always something going on. The GPA thing, then the NoV thing, and I'm sure there will be someone else soon.

But if you take into account that TOP only has 64% active nations (95 nations RT stats) one can doubt if TOP is really capable of holding a position in the top 10.
The reason for TOP's level of activity in Cybernations is not because it's members are inactive, but rather because of their nation building strategies. All of TOP's members are in fact very active in the alliance itself.

Since we are speaking 1 vs 1, GPAs massive size rightly should earn them a top spot regardless of their inexperience in war.
Is that a joke? Because history has proved otherwise on multiple occasions.

As far as I know, there are negotiations going on for a true BLOC on the black team sphere. This should be considered as something preliminary.
And I agree about the lock.

Well, the general consensus is that no one's ever heard of them. If it's true that they've been around since September of '06, they've been doing a fine job of not letting anyone find them.

In addition to being a protectorate of the NPO for this time, and an NAP with the NPO for a period of 6 months.
Protectorate for 3 months, and then a NAP for 3 months.

Really? As i remember NPO declared on the people who declared on NpO.
You remember incorrectly, NPO stayed out for the most part of the war, and only had a war with GOLD. Towards to end it declared war on a few alliances, but that's it.
