    I love the outcry from bitter Monos Archein members. After the garbage they did to Echelon, you'd think they'd know not to throw stones at a glass house. Too bad they don't have to stay cute, I think they could use it.

    I will have you know that all posts by MA are VERY cute, well except for Keres... she would kill you just as soon as look at you, but hey MA wouldnt be the same with out at least one chick with anger management issues.

    I will further tell you that the MA I had the pleasure of leading stands behind its treatment of Echelon both during the war and after... though neither MA's cuteness nor its actions in this thread have anything to do with the USN and their "calling out" of her ally, The Brain.

    Again best wishes to the USN on their upcoming 3rd Birthday, may your fourth be better.

    As to the rest, if someone can point me out to the ultimatum in the OP, I'd be glad to see it, 'cause I don't.

    I will go with this part right here...

    I give you a warning, if he is allowed to continue his behavior, we will be forced to act.

    Also I could be wrong but is the USN allied to The Brain through a Maroon Pact? Seems like an odd diplomatic tactic to publically call out an ally over the possible behavior of one of its members.

    I swear there is a CN meme for this...

    You just publically threatened an alliance with allies that are devoted to its protection and threw that into an anniversary announcement... wow.

    You're right thedestro the USN isnt the same alliance Ragu left... but I wouldnt be so quick to point that out, its certainly nothing to be proud of.

    Obligatory congratulations on your third birthday USN... may your fourth be a better one.

    As has been stated, the Echelon of before the Karma war isn't the one of today. TTK can, and does respect alliances who can look at their past, realize mistakes and work to rectify them in the future. Echelon has a clean state to build upon now, and I look forward to seeing Echelon use this opportunity. From my experience with Echelon, i think they have the potential to combine this new self awareness and push on and do well for themselves.

    Echelon, congratulations on reaching this point. I sincerely wish you only the best. You have some exceptional members that are devoted to the well being of your alliance. They are what makes you very different from the Echelon of old.

  9. Why GOD and RIA cancelled on Nemesis

    I think it is important to make note of a couple of things. First off, GOD did not cancel on Nemesis until after Hoo was gone and Bob was inactive. I was under the impression that GOD decided to keep this treaty due to their entire alliance's opnion of Hoo and Bob as leaders. So, I think it is safe to say that a disagreement over the fate of AB was not the only issue that ultimately led to this treaty being cancelled.

    Secondly, Nemesis didn't "walk out" on GOD. Despite the fact that Nemesis didn't agree with destroying AB, they did indeed remain at war with them until GOD granted them peace, which is something other alliances on that front did not do.

    I believe this thread was started in hopes to have an actual (and respectful) discussion on who is overrated in the game and not to simply list people we don't like. It seems that by just spitting out a couple of names of leaders you have a personal grudge against without explaining why you feel that way (again, respectfully), you've obviously missed the point of this thread. The problem with threads like these is that you already know who is going to choose whom. MK members will frequently choose Hoo, anti-hedgemony types will frequently choose Dilber or others who represented that era, maroon will frequently pick Kaiser Martens, and the list goes on. Being objective isn't typical for the OWF.

    Having said that, I find Ivan Moldavi to be overrated. Nothing personal againt him, I just was not active on the OWF during his hayday and only know what I have seen since the NSO was formed. I'm sure he is a great leader, but like many leaders who achieve a cult following (Dilber, Hoo, Archon, Electron Sponge, etc), the level of worship is a little unmerited and goes a little too far. I reserve the right to change my mind if I see more or get to know him at all. ;)

    I have to admit, I'm a big fan of this one. And I like how Hoo was left out...priceless! :D

    You both are killing me.... excuse me while I go add Hoo to my list before someone tattles on me.

    Oh and Conner, TBB and Slayer are respectable choices in my opinion as well, especially considering the history you share with them.

    You have chosen exceptionally well GSA. The Brain is an exceptional alliance with personality, experienced members and most importantly a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to those they call allies.

    A couple of things to know about your Protectors...

    1) Xiao's lawn is not to be stepped on.

    2) Freelancers bite is worse than his bark.

    3) TheRagu loves his beard as do the ladies

    4) They dont come any better than Mr3looc and Shane
