the Southern Belkan Defense Industries (renamed from Ustio Grunder Industries) unveiled plansfor a type of bomber designed to rival such bombers as the Tu-16 "Badger", the Tu-95 "Bear", the B-47 Stratojet and more importantly, the B-52 Stratofortress. This new bomber is known as the BM-335, official designation, Ravager
The BM-335 takes the design from earlier Nordlandic (mainly German) World War II designs, specifically the works of famed aircraft designer Ernst Heinkel. A Heinkel design, the He-177 Greif (Griffin) was actually the inspiration for such a bomber.
The role of this aircraft is to serve as a heavy bomber with a similar range of the B-52, yet has a bomb carrying capability that could, by far, surpass the Stratofortress.
Construction of the BM-335 Ravager will commence sometime around the start of the new year.

Belkan Grand Prince Waldemarr I Rald arrived in Berlin via state car (Mercedes-Benz W126 limo), The prince has never been to the city before. But he knew this would be important for improving Belkan-Nordlandic relations. The limo parked at the designated area shown in the letter given to him by Kaiser Martens

The Grand Prince exited the limo, accompanied by 2 guards carrying MP5's. He walked up to the other guests and stated, "Good evening friends, my name is Waldemarr Rald, and I am the Grand Prince of Belka."

PREAMBLE
As sovereign alliances bound by common purpose and friendship, The Sarnian Empire and The Principality of Belka have agreed to a standard between each other. In order to solidify those relations, both nations do hereby proclaim that they shall co-operate in times of war to ensure their mutual defense.
ARTICLE I - Mutual Friendship
Both Sarnian Empire and Belka agree to not insult each other - be it in a public or private venue - but rather act in a respectful manner, even if the other party may have offended them in some way.
ARTICLE II - Intelligence
Both signatories agree to share any intelligence they have obtained and that could prove useful to the other. Helping one another in counter-espionage is vital to ensure the safety of both signatories, therefore Sarnian Empire and Belka will do everything possible to protect their partner from espionage. If either signatory alliance collects intelligence regarding a security breach or a credible threat concerning the other signatory, the acquiring signatory will convene any information in their possession to the other signatory nation. However, information provided by third parties, which are bound to one of the signatories by other agreements and have declared said information as "confidential", cannot be shared without explicit permission of these third parties.
ARTICLE III - Non-Aggression
Both signatories agree to not, under any circumstances, attack any member of the other party. Should such an attack happen, this treaty is considered null and void.
ARTICLE IV - Mutual Defense
Should any of the signatories come under the attack of any third party, they may request assistance by the other signatory to repel said attack. Both signatories must obey said request for assistance with financial aid and/or military action.
ARTICLE V - Cancellation
If a signatory decides to cancel this agreement, it must give the other party 72 hours notice prior to the official cancellation.
CONCLUSION -
The undersigned nations agree to the above terms, and bond them to the nation until article VI is implemented.

With the approval by the Ustian Senate, the Ustian people, and the Several high-ranking officials, the Republic of Ustio shall be reorganized and renamed as:
THE PRINCIPALITY OF BELKA
The Head of State for the new Principality, by popular demand, shall be President Waldemarr Rald, who shall be coronated tomorrow at Dinsmark (formerly known as Directus) as the Grand Prince of Belka. All are welcome to attend.
Secondly, in Kaiser Marten's honor, a statue shall be erected for him in Directus's central square.
Lastly, In addition to the name change, several cities shall also be renamed in honor of this name change:
