  1. blocs have probably somewhat devalued the over all necessity of basic military treaties, unless your pretty close to an allaince you have a general MDP or more with (at that point the friendship is worth more then the paper anyway) most look at blocs as the best kind of support during war and peacetime that may even over rank a basic military treaty they may have signed with someone they don't know well.

  2. I find it very interesting he had to preface his talk on power/moralitiy with "neither Pro-Francoist nor Anti-Francoist"

But classes in CN are similar to classes in RL: Whoever can get the most money/ people under his control is the most powerful. Morality is separate. My two cents.

I guess its the old might makes right rule, but morality is something that does affect it more then power affects morality and they are certainly connected. As soon as people look at something else as morally just, then that new thing starts gaining power over what would be considered to not have that. So its more of morality that gives people power more then the powerful control it.

  3. there is moderator review before posting, "bad" is just an opinion really and they filter what they see as that. What would be better is just locking all the old ones, and allowing 5 or 10 to be active at a time and addressing them before new ones get posted in. I'm not a board manager though

  4. Francoism sounds more like an analyst of your critics & enemies struggle, they are the ones challenging power to usher in change. Trying to once again bring order and balance to a chaotic hegemony that no longer can hold back fear of the smallest forces; reacting instead like the immune system to an allergen, going beyond a point of balanced fair resistance to mere destructiveness to not only the small problem but the whole body, or in this case the civility this planet, that drags out almost always indefinitely.

  5. Since everyone in the uppermost chambers of our gov has been in TPF since forever (or since the Elysium fold in), it would be highly unlikely that Vox would get anything from that level of government.

Our all gov forums, possibly...if the spy acted like an active regular member and took on a gov job....but not the top levels.

all it would probably take is a gov member getting mad one day (even for an hour) and becoming a dual member of vox out of spite, then at that point the paper trail is their forever even if he changes his mind and all that's needed is waving that evidence that would get him EZI in front of his face every now and then to get needed info. Nothing is secure, that is rule number one of intelligence agency's.

  6. Vox Populi does more to stifle change by tarring any voice of change or reform with their tainted opinions than those in favor of the status quo could ever do.

There are many people who are part of the larger problem of calcified policy, but Vox Populi are not part of the solution, they are part of the problem.

I for one am tired of being accused of treason every time one of my ideas sounds kind of like one of yours.

    Just go away...

If your getting accused of treason for just saying things that sound like their ideas, then maybe your on the wrong side of CN.
